August 5 (Day 2) | Design & Develop: Map customer personas, calculate market size (TAM/SAM/SOM), and build a working tech prototype (MVP) using No-Code AI tools.
August 6 (Day 3) | Dollars & Deployment: Complete your Business Model Canvas, map pricing plans, design a launch strategy (GTM), and craft a 10-slide investor pitch deck.
August 7 (Day 4) | Deliver & Defend: Step into the virtual arena. Deliver a fast elevator pitch and clear a live Q&A round with an expert IIT & IIM jury. (Time slots shared on Day 3)

Institutional Entry Requirement: A minimum of 10 individual student registrations from a school is required for the institution to be officially considered a participating partner and unlocked for school-level dashboard entries and tournament tracking.
Class-Level Baseline: To maintain active status, each participating class bracket (Classes 8th to 12th) must engage a minimum of 2 individual student innovators inside the simulation grid.
Certificate of Merit for Fostering Grassroots Innovation: Deployed directly by the Design Innovation Centre (DIC), IIT BHU to all schools achieving a baseline milestone of 10 individual registrations to honor their institutional role as active startup pipeline partners.
