  • Track A: 3-Day Evening Bootcamp Curriculum (Oct 2–4, 2026)

    • Day 1 (Oct 2) | Problem Discovery & Pod Formation: Pinpoint real-world friction, run bottom-up TAM/SAM/SOM market sizing, form cross-stream teams (Tech + Business + Research), and design customer validation interviews.

    • Day 2 (Oct 3) | Rapid MVP & Venture Economics: Build working low-code/software/hardware prototypes, calculate CAC/LTV and unit economics, audit Indian unicorn case studies, and complete 1-on-1 sprint reviews with IIT/IIM founders.

    • Day 3 (Oct 4) | Pitch Engineering & Capital Access: Engineer a 10-slide investor-grade seed deck, map out early-stage fundraising and grant strategies, receive Track B Championship briefing, and earn official joint certification.

    • Timings: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Daily (Live Online).

    Track B: National Innovation Championship & Young Innovators Cohort

    • Round 1 (Idea Submission): Submit problem validation, market metrics, and MVP schematics for independent technical evaluation by DIC, IIT(BHU), BHU.

    • Round 2 (Closed-Door Virtual Pitch): Deliver a 7-minute live venture pitch followed by a 5-minute technical defense before active founders and VCs.

    • Young Innovators Cohort: The top 10% of teams secure the ₹1.5 Lakh fellowship and a 3-month product-market fit incubator with legal, tech, and GTM advisory.

    • Round 3 (National Grand Finale): Advance to pitch on-stage before VCs, angel syndicates, and media at Bharat Innovation Utsav at IIT (BHU), Varanasi in December 2026.

    Will attending the bootcamp disrupt my regular college lectures and labs?
    No. The Track A Bootcamp is scheduled exclusively in the evening from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (October 2–4, 2026) and delivered online. It is structured specifically for zero daytime academic disruption.
    Do I need to already have a startup or fully formed team to participate?
    No. You can join as an individual or with a team, whether you have an existing venture, a college academic project, or just a concept. On Day 1, structured networking will help you connect with other participants to form cross-stream founding pods across engineering, management, and science disciplines.
    Who is eligible to register for NCIL 2026?
    The program is open nationwide to all currently enrolled Undergraduates (UG), Postgraduates (PG), and Ph.D. scholars across any academic stream or branch (Engineering, Management, Basic Sciences, Commerce, Arts, etc.).
    What is the criteria for winning the ₹1.5 Lakh Young Innovators Fellowship?
    Following the 3-day bootcamp, participants can participate in the optional Track B National Innovation Championship. Teams undergo a 1-day asynchronous idea submission round evaluated by DIC, IIT(BHU), BHU, followed by a live virtual venture pitch round. The top 10% ranked teams secure the ₹1.5 Lakh fellowship alongside a 3-month venture acceleration program.
    What credentials will I receive upon completing the program?
    Every student completing the 3-day Track A bootcamp receives an official, verifiable certificate jointly issued by Design Innovation Centre (DIC), IIT(BHU), BHU and Know Your Careers (KYC). Top-performing venture founders further receive an institutional Letter of Recommendation (LOR) signed by DIC, IIT(BHU), BHU leadership.
    What is Bharat Innovation Utsav and who gets to attend?
    Bharat Innovation Utsav is the national grand finale held offline at IIT (BHU), Varanasi in December 2026. Finalist teams from Track B advance to pitch their MVPs live on stage before micro-VCs, angel syndicates, corporate leaders, and national grant evaluators.
