Day 2 — Define | 10 June | Idea Validation & Customer Research Deliverable: Ideal Customer Profile backed by validation data

Day 3 — Design | 11 June | MVP Building Sprint Deliverable: Digital prototype or wireframe — no coding required

Day 4 — Develop | 12 June | Business Model & Pitch Preparation Deliverable: 4-minute investor-grade pitch deck

Day 5 — Deliver | 13 June | Grand Pitch Day & Ceremony Live pitch before IIT & IIM jury. Timings shared on Day 4.
